What it is
Mindfulness Meditation sessions are guided practices offered one-to-one or in small groups. Sessions draw from different forms of mindfulness meditation, exploring attention to breath, body, sound, thoughts, emotions, and open awareness.
The emphasis is on presence and curiosity rather than performance or progress. Practices are offered simply and adapt to what is present on the day.
What to expect
Sessions are held in a calm, grounded way, with periods of guided attention and quiet sitting. There’s no requirement to sit in a particular posture or to “do it right.”
You’re invited to notice your experience as it unfolds, and to meet it with gentleness.
