What it is
A distance Reiki session offered one-to-one, held at an agreed time. Sessions are offered as a contemplative practice, with space for presence, rest, and gentle awareness.
Sessions can be joined from anywhere, as long as you have a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
How the session works
Each session lasts around 40 minutes and follows a simple structure:
Arriving & conversation
We begin with a brief check-in. This is a space to arrive, share how you’re feeling, and ask any questions before the session begins.Reiki practice
The Reiki session itself is held in stillness. You’re invited to sit or lie down and rest quietly, noticing whatever arises — sensations, thoughts, or simply the experience of resting.Closing & reflection
We end with optional space to share feedback, reflections, or anything you noticed during the session.
There’s no need to prepare or do anything special, just to be present in a way that feels comfortable for you.
What to expect
Sessions are gentle and non-directive. There’s nothing to achieve, fix, or change. You’re invited to receive the session in your own way and at your own pace. Sessions can be done from anywhere.
Reiki sessions are offered as a contemplative practice and are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.
