Here Aware offers nature-based mindfulness experiences including Birdsong Walks, Reiki sessions, Mindfulness Meditation, and the Field Journal — a physical product shipped to customers in Spain, Europe, and internationally.

We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services and fulfil orders. This may include:

When you contact us or book a session:

  • Your name and email address

  • Any information you share voluntarily in your message (such as your health context for Reiki sessions)

  • WhatsApp number (if provided for session coordination)

When you purchase the Field Journal:

  • Your name and shipping address

  • Email address (for order confirmation and shipping updates)

  • Payment information — processed securely by Squarespace / Stripe. We do not store your card details.

When you visit our website:

  • Usage data collected by Squarespace (our website platform), including anonymised analytics such as pages visited and time spent

When you join our WhatsApp community or Meetup group:

Most Here Aware services are intended for people aged 16 and over. However, children are welcome to attend Social Birdwatching events when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In these cases, the accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child throughout the event, including their safety, behaviour, and wellbeing. Here Aware does not assume any supervisory responsibility for children attending events.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 independently of their parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian signs up or registers on behalf of a child, that adult's contact details are used for all communication. If you believe a child has independently provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
