Here Aware

Nature-based mindfulness experiences in Barcelona

Practices that help people slow down, notice the natural world, and reconnect with the present moment.

I help people remember how to be here.

Here Aware offers nature-based mindfulness experiences that invite people to slow down, observe, and reconnect with the present moment. Through mindful walks, birdsong observation, journaling, meditation, and Reiki, participants cultivate attention and curiosity in the natural world.

This is a practice of attention, to sound, to the body, and to the places we already inhabit.

Through listening, mindful walking, field notes, and stillness,

I offer quiet invitations to notice what is present, without judgement, and without the need to change anything.

You don’t have to go anywhere else.

You’re already here.

The Journey

Here Aware grew out of a simple habit: going slowly, and paying attention.

I trained as a nurse, not because healing was an obligation, but because caring for people has always felt like a calling. That calling never left. It found new forms: community events in the Philippines, skateboarding trips with friends in Barcelona, birdwatching, and the quiet revelation that the attention needed to find a bird in a tree is almost identical to the attention cultivated in meditation.

Here Aware was born from that connection.
